Pace’s HOTS events make the hiring process fast and convenient. You’ll complete a Customer Service Transit Test and an interview on the same day. If you meet the requirements, you could start your new career in public transportation immediately.

- When: Every Thursday
- Morning Session: 9:00 AM (Customer Service Test starts at 9:30 AM)
- Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM (Customer Service Test starts at 1:30 PM)

- Note: HOTS will be closed on December 25, 2025 for Christmas.
What to Bring
- Arrive 30 minutes early – late arrivals will not be permitted.
- Bring a “Court Purposes” Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of the event.
- If you’ve had an out-of-state license in the past 5 years, bring an MVR from that state as well.
- Be prepared to spend at least three hours at the event.
Eligibility Requirements
You are not eligible if:
- You do not have 5 years of continuous license history.
- You have a DUI within the past 25 years.
- You have two or more convictions for moving violations in the past 5 years.
